Meet the driving forces at Cordelia Women's Clinic
Tereza Peercy, WHNP, IBCLC
My professional journey began in 2008 as a Pediatric ICU nurse, then transitioned to a Pediatric ER nurse. After working weekend nights for many years so that I could stay at home during the week nurturing my own four children, I felt compelled to further my education and pursued becoming a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) in 2016. My experience ranges from working as a WHNP in a community clinic serving medically underserved women to a hospital-owned ObGyn practice, catering to women of all ages. I opened a breastfeeding clinic, Latched Louisville, in 2019 out of my passion for serving women in the most magical, yet vulnerable, season of life which is postpartum. Currently, Latched Louisville is thriving and serves women and babies in our community with three IBCLCs on staff and two locations.
Cordelia Women's Clinic was born in 2024 out of a desire to provide quality, compassionate care to women and girls in our community throughout every age and stage of life.
Christine, RN
I'm pleased and honored to be the Registered Nurse at Cordelia. My career has included working at an allergy clinic as an RN, guiding girls through their first period as a camp counselor, and currently at Latched Louisville as a Lactation Clinical Intern. For now I'm a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, but I'm working on becoming an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant). In my free time I like to sew self care items related to womens' health.
